Truelight Studio provides the incredible service with reasonable budget as possible. These are most frequently asked questions when enquiry our wedding filming service. Should you have any questions, please don’t be hesitate to contact us and hope we’re able to answer your questions as soon as possible.

  • We recommend two professional cameramen to properly covered the whole event. But it’s depends on your budget and the day schedule can be done with one cameraman.

  • We used multiple cameras to cover the event. With one cameraman package, we use minimum two cameras on ceremony and speeches.

  • Unfortunately we only focus for filming and photography is not available.

  • Currently we do not offer live streaming service. But please talk to us and we might be able to provide the service depending on situation.

  • We done all type of weddings over a decade of our wedding filming. Please check our portfolio and talk to us if you planing to have something different.

  • We make it very simple to book our service.

    1. Contact us for check the date available.

    2. Meet up in person (or) online (Zoom) for discuss the event coverage and package price.

    3. Secured your date by put down the deposit $500.

  • It’s really depends on the day schedule and budgets. Our service covered start from 6 hrs for wedding. Please contact us to discuss to tailor your needs.

  • Our package price start from $2500. Please contact us for price list or tailor your requirements.

  • No two weddings are the same and every wedding required specific needs for the final productions. We need more details from you to give the accurate quote.

  • Absolutely! You can upgrade or change your package before the final payment.

  • Truelight Studio is a boutique productions and we make sure our cameraman communicate smoothly and professionally throughout the day. You will be meet/chat our principle cameraman on consultations or way before the big day.

  • We are Sydney based but we love travel and destination wedding. Please contact us to discuss travel fees.

  • Yes, we make sure all our equipments and bring backup to continue capturing your special day without interruptions. We also carry public liability insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Final productions of your wedding videos will be in full high definition MP4 format and delivered via online portal.

  • Unfortunately raw footage is unavailable. The reason is, hundred of raw files straight out of our cameras format are unwatchable in any media player. Also it’s unprofessional and we only want to give you finished version of your memorable day.

  • Usually proper editing will take 6 - 12 weeks to finished. But depending on our work volume in a wedding season.
