About Lewis Myihtoi

Lewis Myihtoi is a multifaceted cinematographer and musician. Lewis is Kachin ethnic from Myanmar. As he grew up in the Christian family, music is a big part of his life. Playing guitar since he was very young age and at the age of 16, he played professionally with the band. He moved to Australia in 1994 and started playing in many covers bands and original bands. He studied Audio Engineering in 2004 at SAE College and working with many artists on verity of projects. In 2007 he studied for Digital Video Productions and planned to do music for filming industry. After graduated film school in 2008, he was addicted on camera and film productions. He worked for many productions companies as a freelancer and in 2010 he started his own productions company called Truelight Studio. He filmed countless events, weddings, live concerts, music videos, educational videos, promotional video, documentaries, etc.

Due to his work demand, he stopped playing in the band for number of years. Even though video productions is his main job these days, he still doing music productions from his home studio. Occasionally gigging in the weekend as a session player.
